Do I need to bring any equipment?
No… yoga mats, towels, blocks, barre balls, resistance bands and any other necessary equipment is supplied and cleaned at our studio.
Should I book?
No booking necessary, just come along and you can either pay per class, or sign up to become a member (and receive $10 off your first membership payment).
Bookings are essential when the Christmas and New Years timetable are in effect. Bookings are also essential for Kid’s classes during school holidays.
I have an injury, is it safe for me to practice in the studio?
Yes, make sure you discuss your injury with Davina before class starts and she can tailor movements especially to reduce impact or aggravation.
Yoga, pilates and barre are all excellent ways to move your body whilst you recover from or live with chronic pain or injuries.
What should I wear to one of the classes?
When practicing yoga, pilates or barre, you’ll need clothes that will keep you comfortable, covered and cool. We suggest a pair of leggings and a singlet or top of your choice. This combination will allow you to move freely and feel relaxed. Also note, our studio is air-conditioned so we can control the climate for ultimate comfort.
